Ingredients:

2 cups uncooked egg noodles (4 oz)
1 pound ground turkey
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
3 medium carrots, thinly sliced (about 1½ cups)
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 jar (12 ounces) turkey or chicken gravy
1 container (8 oz) sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried sage leaves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon marjoram leaves
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ cup buttery cracker crumbs
1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook and drain noodles as directed on package.

While noodles are cooking, cook turkey and onions in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until turkey is no longer pink; drain. Stir carrots, tomatoes, gravy, sour cream, sage, marjoram, and pepper into turkey mixture. Place cooked noodles in ungreased rectangular pan, 11x7 1½ inches. Gently fold in turkey mixture.

Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 30 minutes. Mix cracker crumbs, pecans, and butter. Sprinkle over turkey mixture. Bake uncovered 5 to 10 minutes longer or until hot.
